I always used to go to this store and didnt have any issues at all but today around 5:00 PM the lady at the self serve desk was very rude she didnt approve when the machine asked for assistance and we decided to switched machines because we were late she didn’t approve for almost 5 mins and then shouted at us for switching machines. Interestingly there was a lady before us who did the same but she didn’t say anything to her. She defo needs to learn some customer service skills

I had the most pleasant experience yesterday. I was looking for 3 specific items, the young lad who was new couldn’t help me but he walked me to someone who could, her name was Jess and she bent over backwards to ensure I got what I wanted, she spent about 10 minutes with me finding all the items I wanted, despite one being difficult to find, she kept thinking at it and eventually it was found. I was so surprised to have such fantastic service at Kmart. Very impressive.

Just called to ask for an item check before driving out to the store. The lady who answered the phone this morning was so rude! She wouldn't even take the item number to check. She said if it says low stock online we are sold out and wouldn't even look it up in her system.. We'll sorry that's not what that means. I'd called the Richmond store and they told me that the Preston store were showing stock.Learn some basic customer service or don't work in it! I hate when people are unhelpful and they work in an industry that requires basic customer skills.

Worst manager Belinda she was the rude and the most aggressive manager ever .Belinda misbehaved with me on 5pm on 18 june, I claimed the warranty and she said I am not going to claim it and take my bin as well. I am so stressed, she bully me. I am not going to buy anything in future from kmart. She is so bad that she take my bin and did not even replace it. All of this happened infront my son and he is also upset. Worst manager ever.
