Work brokers hahaha utterly useless. Not only do they insult you and laugh at you but also bully you. The Asian guy is just as useless as the ex receptionist. What is the point of these guys anyway? Just let us use the computers. Same result minus the bullying. They literally just bully you then tell you what is already in an email. Anyone can do what they do, whatever that is.

我的mygov还有短信突然通知我说我的jobsearch并没有达到标准，让我直接联系ames，一直有个女生服务我我觉得还好，除了拖延，没别的，我也只能等，可是今早9点多服务我是个会说中国话的男中年真的非常rude，他说我搜索到很多工作地址很远，不适合我，政府觉得我们在骗钱，他们在每条审核我搜索的工作，举例说我搜索的maintaince不是清洁类工作，（我是清洁工经验），首先标题写是maintaince，我会看里面要求，里面有很多是需要cleaners的，我有附上照片，还有每个月的appiontment我都按时参加，这个部门也说收到我的简历碰到合适的工作也会给我打电话，从来没有过。另外，上次我发过邮件我简历，他们说没收到，我也有图片证明。还有墨尔本很多当地工作我申请了，从来没有回复我过，我只有把范围扩大，今天ames这个会讲中文的中年男告诉我，你会为了一个parttime开车三小时吗，我说如果只是一天，当然可以，但是他很粗鲁的打断我说政府让他们审核我们，这种这么远距离的就不适合！！！语气很不客气了，政府知道我的personality吗？政府懂我们这种2020年以后封城后遗症吗？两年了没有连续的工作过，大部分只能等通知的心情感受吗？这么决绝的臆断，这就是澳洲政府吗？这个ames本来就是帮我们找到合适工作的，现在居然来审核我们自己找的工作合适不合适？你没有帮我们找吗？你们也是要服务我们的，我们没工作不代表我们是罪犯！！！！很失望，怪不得只有3.8星，你们多去帮我们搜索工作比审核我们有用！！！！我刚看了一下评价，也有个评价说有个亚裔男的会嘲笑羞辱我们这些失业者，那为啥不开除他，让他试一下失业找工作的感觉，像这样这么没素质的人在这我工作，怪不得我们也找不到合适工作。还有我昨天收到短信第一时间就给他们打电话寻求帮助，有图片，根本没人接电话，留了语音短信也没人回复，今天早上才打通，打通就是嘲笑跟羞辱以及不理解不合适。

Hi, I just want to say that 2 of the AMES staff are such horrible people. When I had an appointment with the Asian guy, he mocked me and tried many times to assume the worst of me without proof. Then the female staff there was listening to the Asian guy ridiculing me, and she actually laughed at me...I kid you not. She actually mockingly laughed at me. What horrible people...I don't know what they get from doing such horrible things to anyone. I mean, it doesn't really bother me to be honest, because I knew after a couple of appointments that they are just pathetic people. One of the commenters is right; their job is so easy any one can do it, yet they act like they are so high and mighty. Like seriously? lololol. I just feel sorry for other people who might experience the same thing and are vulnerable.... Like, do they actually get paid for bullying people? Or do they just do it for fun? So pathetic, and lastly, the female staff is a wh@le, and watch out for the Asian guy. I forgot his name...it might be Stephen or steven. Who freaking cares. Anyway, that guy laughs so creepily lol. If he's doing it on purpose, it's just plain creepy. If he is just forcing it, that's just so weird. Then again, those morons are weird. Gosh, I really wanted to tell that female staff member that I didn't know wh@les could laugh like that lolol. It's funny, though, because when she laughed at me, her knees were shaking as if she was nervous the whole time lmao so instead of calling her a wh@le, I just politely asked if she was okay, lol then she went silent immediately lolol. Pathetic people.... bullying those who are unemployed and seeking their help.....
