I went to dine in but as I stood at the counter whilst the owner made coffees in front of me I was not acknowledged at all. He rang the bell to let the waitress know an order was ready then continued making more. I can appreciate that places get busy but a simple ‘hello, I will be with you shortly’ is the very minimum I should have received. Needless to say I left and will not return. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because it’s not fair on the rest of the staff who must have better customer service in order for people to return.

Coffee was good and our toastie was really yummy! It’s was very loud and busy when we came today but the service was pretty fast considering. There was a long line which deterred us from ordering anything else after our coffees but it’s nice to see the business thriving.

Nice looking cafe with satisfactory staffing. The coffees and hot chocolate were made very quickly and were good value for money. I was given an offer to receive these drinks free and this is my honest opinion. Mixed results- lovely skim hot chocolate, one skim flat white coffee was enjoyed and one skim flat white coffee was not enjoyed and was disposed of due to a strange milk taste (even though it was just skim milk). Food options looked good, but were not trialled.

Probably the best option in the shopping centre or even in Kawana. Good value and very comfortable. Possibly too big in some ways so designed to deliver food quickly. Good but not great.

While the service was ok getting the order wrong is not a good start. The coffee was a little weak for my liking.

Good Cafe in a handy location, coffee is good, staff are friendly. It was busy when I came in. Long wait times for food 45min from time of ordering. Ordered the fish and chips, which I would not recommend. Pretty sad dish for $18, 2 small soggy frozen packet fish and kids size portion of chips. We also ordered the BLAT which was fresh and delicious.Overall an average experience but not bad.
