Just Would like To Say. Have Received Magnificent Service from Du Van Nguyen and All the Ladies of his Staff @ Shop 184 Barkly St, Footscray VIC 3011. Their Attention to Detail and Follow up Service is 1st Class and Second to None. My phone had a Problem Du Van Sent it off for Repair and Got New one back in 4 Days with a Big Smile ! Best Service I have Ever Had ! Would Recommend them to Everybody ! That is Excellence of Service !

I can't recommend these guys enough! Probably one of the best customer services I've received in a long time. I came in not expecting much but Du really went above and beyond. He thoroughly explained everything to us and made sure we had the best deals. They even went as far as picking up the phone from another location all within the hour, because they didn't have the stock in store.I don't live locally but I'll definitely be returning for their service. I can't fault them, highly highly recommend!

Du and Emily are as good as everyone says they are. Seemingly - nothing is too much trouble. They give service with grace, warmth and enormous care. They have helped me consistently over several years now with my phone and other bits and pieces and I have watched them take time for every person who walks into the shop whether they were a paying customer or not. I watched them help all ages, nationalities and demographics with problems such as can you tell me whether I paid my bill properly?" Excellent product advice and highly professional customer service sets the Telstra Shop Footscray apart for its competition. I am genuinely impressed with the consistently high level of customer care the team provides. They always go the extra distance to take care of my telecommunication requirements and always exceed my service expectations. Nothing is too much trouble and I always feel valued customer as a customer.Best of all the team solves my telco problems in a fraction of time it takes to deal with a Telstra call centre or ever worse an AI Chat bot without the frustration. Any problems get solved quickly and efficiently every time. It most certainly beats waiting in a queue, on the phone to speak with a stranger, in a call centre you will probably never deal with again. Deal with real people, support local business and keep life real. :-)

Staff at Swipe 8 were amazing and sorted out my issue after JB Hi Fi created a problem for me and another Telstra shop provided no help at all. I was extremely relieved as Du cancelled an inappropriate ongoing plan & transferred me to a pre-paid SIM kit - affordable for our not for profit community organisation. All with good conversation & a joke along the way.Thanks Du
