Food was spectacularly uninspiring. Eggs Benedict was drowned in half a bottle of cold hollandaise sauce making the food both cold and inedible.

Didn't get our order right, when they finally did they walked past our order several times so ended up serving ourselves. Staff have no idea what os going on. No apologies for our incorrect order.

Coffee was meh. The muffin was not pleasant but I had to eat (diabetic).Coffee took a good ten minutes to make at 830 am. Muffin was heated which…. Well…. Um yeah nah. Not for my likingLittle disappointed but hey, it was just passable.Might consider another cafe.Might come back again soon

Good food is about where it ends. I didn't quite attract the best service by a large lady with short ratty blonde hair. She looked so disengaged with customers providing the bread to her mouth. I had ordered quite a substantial $ of food which I couldn't carry with one hand. I asked her politely for a carry bag which she shortened in a response saying no we don't offer bags

Absolutely appalling, ordered ice coffee. The cream was curdled and warm,as was the drink. Asked for a new one they literally just just scrapped the cream off and gave back. You can literally make someone extremely ill. It's not hard to follow food safety procedures.

Stopped here for lunch today, 2 adults & 2 kids. The whole experience was horrendously bad. The “gourmet” burger patty was cheap & tasted awful. They ran out of potato chips, so substituted with sweet potato chips, but didn’t bother telling us that until the plates arrived at the table. There was a hair in my partners food. All the lettuce was wilted. No serviettes, the food came out at all different times. Will definitely not be back. The Coffee Club is usually alright, but not this one. Won’t be back. Do yourself a favour & avoid.

Coffee Club? Sure, the coffee was fine.Service? Efficient.Food? Hmmm, where do I start? I ordered the chicken Caesar toast thingy. Unlike myself at the time, it was well dressed. Chicken was tender and juicy. Unfortunately, the poached egg was harder than an adolescent male watching Baywatch in the 90s. Speaking of beaches, eating those big juicy cos leaves took me back to my youth as a wimpy teenager getting sand kicked into my face for the first time. Talk about gritty. Thankfully, it was actually a fond memory knowing that those days are behind me now that I'm a wimpy adult. Oops, back to the review. I've had a few Coffee Club meals over the years, and thankfully this was the exception. The generous side of me says I'd probably give them another go. Once I've safely digested all of this sand of course.

Four of us ate lunch on Boxing Day, and although the food was nice, we weren’t advised of the public holiday surcharge (17%, quite a bit higher than normal) and although we ordered Pepsi Max were brought Pepsi. Unfortunately we didn’t realise until we drank some (literally one sip) and they wouldn’t exchange it for what was ordered. On top of this the staff aren’t overly cheery (for a Boxing Day lunch time it wasn’t overly busy, so not too sure why). Really should be 3.5 stars.Pros: Food was nice.Cons: Not much customer service, unadvertised surcharge.

Rude ignorant staff.I stopped for a new York cheese cake with ice cream.They delivered it in a takeaway at 4.30pm even though they advertise open to 8pm.Came out with cream.Had to show the order to prove they got it wrong.No sorry, etc. Must be my fault somehow.

The worst pancakes I have ever eaten in my life. Seriously, the packet ones at coles or woolies would’ve been better, and they are terrible!!Cold, stale, dry and obviously reheated pancakes with ice cream that was more ice than creamy. Disgusting!Will not waste my money here again!Staff also very unprofessional and not well presented at all.
