Having had both high end salon and shopping centre nails done before I have never had the quality of nails be at the standard that Nicole has done.Quick, efficient removal of pre-existing acrylic and tips with no discomfort or damage to the underlying nail.I have never had so much care and attention to ensuring I left with the best looking nails I have ever had.Don't waste your money going anywhere else!Thank you Nicole!

I am not the type of person who would normally leave a review like this, however I feel the need to, as I am extremely disappointed.My partner booked an appointment here for my birthday roughly a week in advance for a Thursday evening, when we showed up on the day of the appointment the salon was closed and nobody was there. We first tried calling the mobile number provided but got no answer, so we sent a text saying that we were here for our appointment but the salon was closed and we just got a reply saying that they “had an error” but also “cancelled the appointment” without giving us any notice. They said that they had attempted to call my partner and that the “system should have emailed us about it” but we had received nothing and we double checked our emails. This exact issue also happened to me personally once before but I decided to call it a simple accident and I really wanted to give them another try, as I was keen on going to this salon for a special occasion as I had loved the work that I had seen online. However after these past 2 experiences I will not be trying to go back to this salon again and would not recommend them. Terrible customer service and impossible to even secure a booking. Thankfully we ended up finding somewhere else to go, so my partner was still able to treat me to getting my nails done for my birthday and we got the exact same thing for only half the price.

Never had a bad experience. Girls are fun, friendly and very talented. Accommodating with appointments. Great artists and always have great ideas for my nails!

The best manicure I have ever had, and done by the talented and friendly Katerina. Pity I live in Ireland as this would be the nail parlour I would frequent if I lived closer. Will be sure to look them up on my next visit. Absolute class!

If I could give this salon 10 stars I would! I have been seeing Teresa for two years now and wouldn't trust anyone else except the ladies at Elite with my nails! The salon is immaculate and atmosphere warm and friendly. I receive compliments almost daily for Teresa's beautiful work on my nails & her Swarovski crystal range is amazing for lovers of a little or a lot of bling! Cant wait for my next appointment!
