I have volunteer with both their head office and stores, and I found the staff and workers to be kind & helpful and it to be rewarding.

On Monday 5/9/22 I visited Vinnies on Berry St in Nowra with my partner, her mother from the nth coast and our 4 month young baby.We asked for some hot water to heat our babies bottle while we browsed the store.The volunteer in question reluctantly abided our request and directed us to a seat at the rear of the store.When she delivered the hot water she began to talk down her nose to us questioning the inadequate way I was feeding our son.She also began to raise issues with my partner as to why she didn't carry a Thermos for our babies formula?She then argued vehemently as to the health standards surrounding correct methods of transporting pre made formula or boiled water for mixing formula etc..We tried to convey the methods that we use are as per recommended on the label of Aptamil but she remained condescending and holier than though before turning her back and storming off.When we were at the checkout spending $30 half an hour later
