We use TubeCo for a wide range of steel fabrication and we are frequently looking for very fast turnaround. Without fail, they deliver on time, good quality work.

Got call for work went there and the moment I step in, says the job is not available. Got no respect for others time and workers sacrifice of week to be there. Its totally unethical and cruel to behave a worker in such manner despite being such large scale company. Totally cruel and worst work culture never ever been treated by anyone like that.

Staff members are very friendly, professional and have gone out of their way and have exceeded expectations. They are professional and always helpful. I have dealt with Tubeco for over a year now and it is always a pleasure dealing with the girls especially Tamara. Great Company to deal with and would highly recommend.

Our commercial experience with TubeCo was fantastic.Tamara was very patient as we weren't exactly sure what we wanted originally. But she talked us through the options & looked after our order from start to finish. We arranged our own transport up to Qld (from Sydney) and everything arrived in perfect condition.TubeCo even went the extra mile when I thought we were missing a couple of guard rails for the bunks - they arranged for more to be produced & ready overnight. Turns out the missing rails weren't missing at all (I found them the same day I arranged replacements!) but I really appreciated the speed and ability to turn it around so quickly for us.All in all, I'd recommend TubeCo. The bunks and queen bed frames are easy to put together, they're sturdy and being Australian Made also ticks an important box for me. Thank you!

Spoke with receptionist - very rude and unpleasant.UPDATE: I was actually called by the very rude, very unpleasant receptionist about which I wrote this review. She then called me complaining and asking about it, asking to speak to my manager. Funnily enough, I AM the manager. And by the way Tamara, it has nothing to do with you not wanting to use our services. Nothing at all - I encounter polite clients with the same stance every single day and they're fine by me. Bottom line is - you were rude and unpleasant, so I wrote a review that reflected your rudeness and unpleasantness. Way to handle criticism - enjoy your weekend ;)RESPONSE TO DEFLECTING RESPONSE: As already stated, no issue was taken in the absence of need for our services. It was the rudeness with which I was treated - interesting to judge a conversation wherein one side was heard. I was bright and friendly, and responded to a lack of needing our services with something along the lines of No problem - have a nice day!" to have the phone hung up on me. Tube Co have supplied all our bunk beds for our Conference Centres in NSW for the last 10 years. In that time I have found them to be professional and a pleasure to do business with.Even when we had an issue during installation once Tamara organised for someone to come to site that day to resolve the issue.Tube Co beds are solid and built to last, the welds are high quality and I haven`t had a failed component ever. With 500+ bunks in use I would not buy another brand and exclusively use Tube Co for all our bed frames.We would highly recommend Tube Co to anyone looking for bunk beds.
