Buy a Braaap, you'll be glad you did! Especially if you're mechanically minded! I've had my Moto3 since Decemeber 2020, in that time I've put over 24,000kms on it and self serviced since 7000kms! It hasn't missed a beat and I love it! If I had the money I'd upgrade to the moto4 in a heartbeat! For anyone interested, I ride it at least a couple times every week, I run 98 octane, Penrite 10w-40 Full synthetic oil, I'm on second spark plug, chain and tyres which are a D.I.D. 520vx3 for chain and Michelin pilot street radials for tyres.

Big shout out to Andrea - I was having issues with my bike at first which turned out to be complete user error - Andrea was able to accept multiple calls from me throughout the day and even facetimed along with Pauly to help troubleshoot and get things going. They were very patient, supportive and happy to help out a complete newbie and put up with my stupid questions. I love my ST250, it looks awesome and is super fun to ride!

Having owned and now sold an ss125 I wanted to provide an honest review. Main point is you absolutely get what you pay for these bikes are cheaply made. I can only speak for the ss125, not having seen their other models in person. But it ran rough from new, had intermittent issues with lights, indicators and speedo dropping out. I will say the support from braaap themselves was good, they were quick to respond to support tickets and fairly helpful. But I would personally go for a more reliable brand over these. Great for a cheap little run around, but I don't see them lasting well long term. Also struggled to get any dealer to look at and service is, as noone wants to touch em.

Best experience buying a vehicle Ive ever had. It was the first time buying a preorder bike myself and I knew to be prepared for the probability that there may be hiccups at customs along way however the price point of the preorder bike negated any of that. I recently got my M3 250cc and its the best bike Ive ridden in my experience, and perfect to use for work. It is a pleasure to ride. Not only that, support staff were caring and extremely helpfull from beginning to end, I can say with complete honesty that they did everything in their power to help me navigate the entire process and I am glad to of bought from an Australian owned and run family business.

I have purchased second hand ST250 that rode less 1000k. I am beginner rider and didn't have much knowledge. However, they have great support that teaches basic knowledges. I did phone call with stuff who was so kind and easy to talk to. It was quick call back from them when I asked. Thank you so much for your services.

It demonstrates a severe disregard for the commitments and promises made during the purchasing process.We’ve reached the point of utter frustration and chose to request a refund for the full amount of $7000, which was paid in good faith. To my dismay, your company's response to the refund request has been equally appalling. Despite agreeing to the refund, Braaap Motorcycles has withheld funds, leaving us in a state of financial limbo.It is beyond comprehension that a company would think it acceptable to hold a customer's substantial amount of money without any reasonable explanation or estimated timeframe for the release of funds. This behavior is nothing short of theft and demonstrates a complete lack of integrity and respect for your customers.The lack of transparency and communication throughout this entire ordeal has been utterly frustrating. We have repeatedly attempted to contact your customer support department, with a lack of response and when they respond it is short, vague and inconsiderate. The absence of any response from your team further adds insult to injury and reinforces the notion that Braaap Motorcycles has little concern for customer satisfaction.We will be escalating this matter to consumer protection agencies, pursue legal action, and share my harrowing experience on every available review platform and social media outlet. We will ensure that potential customers are fully aware of the deplorable treatment they can expect from Braaap Motorcycles.Your company's actions have severely tarnished its reputation, and I can confidently say that I will never consider purchasing from Braaap Motorcycles again. Nor should anyone else.

Picked up the Moto 4 today. What a machine she is, exceeded my expectations by thousands. Easy to ride, economic and the look of the bike is just wow. Brad’s mum and dad were there and i was offered one of the best service and heaps of riding advice. It really was worth the wait time.

I absolutely love my Braaap ST250 Shadow Cafe Racer. Amazing value. Looks incredible. Rides beautifully. Couldn't have chosen a better first bike. The bike has been really reliable. When I did have a minor issue and needed a part repalced under warranty, the staff at Braaap were incredibly supportive, and shipped my repalcement part the next day.

Have a Braaap MotoEV10 and needed assistance with blueslip details and technical assistance with battery management, the guys were quick to provide everything I needed and made the experience easy. I cant thank them enough for helping me out.... cheers Russell
