Joe is incredibly kind and compassionate in his approach to client well-being. We saw him for a second opinion for our daughter after feeling unheard and pressured by someone else. He was methodical in his assessment, clear in his explanations, and set clear treatment goals and expectations. My concerns were explored and my daughters personal needs and fears were handled gently. We now have a really great understanding of what was causing her pain and feel respected, validated, and cared for. Thank you Joe, we are lucky to have you.

I mentioned a pain that I was experiencing between my legs, and he immediately recognized it as pudendal neuralgia. He provided me with a comprehensive treatment plan and exercises to alleviate the pain, and it has made a world of difference.But that's not all - I also mentioned a pain that I was experiencing in my arm, and he quickly identified it as a rotator cuff injury. Joe was really friendly and helpful in finding the source of the problem with my injury and gave me a completely new perspective and treatment plan for recovery. What a great happy crew from the customer team through the professionals and owners. Joe, Abin, Zsan, Olivia, Jess & Trish have all been a great help and made me feel very welcome.
