Went for an inspection for a property in Wentworthville and at the time of inspection - no one was there . Called them and came to know that it had been under offer for few days and sold just the day before..really sad that the agent failed to mention that in the website.Please respect people's time and make sure to put it as under offer in the website.

I recently had to prepare my rental property for new tenants, and I could not have done it without the help of Bronwyn Fowler, the Property Manager at L&S, Wentworthville. From start to end she helped me source trades, and gave me the advice I needed to expeditiously turnover the apartment. She was very accommodating with her time and helping with access, and very professional when dealing with all the trades. I now have new happy tenants and one happy landlord. Will highly recommend her services.

Very poor service. They don't reply to emails, they don't return phone calls. The receptionist does a better job than the property managers. They manage one unit in the block I live in, I informed them that they have six people living in a 2 bedroom unit, but they're paying the rent, so who cares. The only way to get there attention is to get strata manager involved.

Alan and Michael worked͏ hard to achieve sale.Alan took a genuine interest in the property. He has very good market knowledge and is also perceptive of wider issues. Michael and Alan worked in a very committed manner to get a good result in a falling market over the end of year holidays. They were always very transparent and straight forward to deal with.
