Over 30 minute wait for a fried chicken meal!! and it was greasy.Their potato and gravy has a texture like sponge rubber. What a joke, never again

Store asked me to leave a review, quick however never reads notes if ask for no sauce will always get extra. Only order if you want exactly what is on menu. They never read instructions.

Ive always liked Red Rooster, decent feed and good to use the app for decent deals. Service is touch and go with fast food chains but most time I have had friendly service from this particular shop

We went to the drive thru at 8.34pm and they turned us away, saying they close at 9pm. I worked in fast food for several years and this is not how it should work, you close at the stated time, and not earlier. We were very disappointed in this service.

we had ordered a dinner from the restaurant, which included chips, fried chicken, and other items. However, upon arriving home, we discovered that the food was already cold, despite our home being only a five-minute drive from the restaurant. While we understand that the restaurant may have prepared the food in advance, especially during peak times, we believe that there should be a minimum industry standard in place. Customers should not be served with food that has been cooked and left to go cold for 30 minutes or even an hour.

Sat in waiting bay for cheesy nuggets and chips for 20mins, girl brings out bag, no acknowledgement whatsoever, no smile, shoved bag through window. Wasn't our order, my husband took it back into store, waited another 10mins then chips were soggy and just warm, nuggets were cooked fresh but chips were obviously previous order or ours that they messed up the first time. Bad management and staff need to be taught basic PR skills, terrible facial expressions and body language from this young girll.

Didn't even get to order, the girl on the counter was too interested in running into the kitchen to talk to the uber eats delivery driver who arrived. She could answer my questions about the meals she was so distracted. We ended up walking out not ordering anything, the service was so bad.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Buttermilk chicken was overcooked and greasy. Chips were awful. No salt and tasted overcooked. Hubby had strip sub two tiny pieces of chicken. Lettuce very old. Coated in mayonnaise..gross
