I walked in on Sunday morning to get my chin and upper lips done. I waa hesitant to do my brows. However when i noted the 2 women before me with fabulous brows i caved in. Mary was professional, precise,gentle and listened to me. Thank you Mary. I will be back.

Worst waxing I have ever had. Had wax left all over me and result not good at all. I will need to go elsewhere and have another wax. Very unprofessional and will not be returning.

Despite the bad reviews being clear, we thought we would give this place a try and see what it was really like. I attempted to investigate the Facial Services that this company offers. I was hoping to find out what it entailed and what I should be expecting if I made a booking. I called 3 times, only on the 3rd attempt did they pick up. The woman on the phone was extremely dismissive and rude. I had simply asked what was included in the service and I was not given an answer, nor was I given to an alternative staff member. With a rude tone I was told to “call back because (she) has clients”.I can completely empathise with the fact that the store can be busy at times, however, that does not excuse the way I was treated : dismissed, with no care for prospective clientele, and plain rudeness.Additionally, if you’re going to pick up the phone and begin a conversation, then it is expected that you’re going to finish that conversation or pass it on to someone who may be able to supply a better conclusion.You’ve certainly lost two potential clients.

I had worst experience at Bbp forest Hill today (Sunday) 16/10/2022 . I went for nose wax and the lady with dark brown hair who were doing waxing for me , put wax on my moustache. They then spent around 35 mins to take wax out of my hair and skin with twizzer and scissors and put alottttttttt of oil. I would like to request hasina or store manager to contact me as after that procedure my skin get allergic and burning sensation. My hairs from moustache starts coming out. I can't go to work with this look. I don't want to be aggressive or violent and i was not there at all but employees should know how to perform a procedure if they said yes for that.I am completely devastating with my look as I am very self conscious person and after this I am so stressed about how I can go out. People are making fun of mine.Worst worst worst worst place I ever been to for for my waxing.

While I am happy with my eyebrows and keep going back, if you’re not white or middle eastern expect to be treated badly. Apparently paying $10 is not enough for us lot. Tell me what should we pay you so you can at least treat us with some respect?Edit (30 Aug 2022) - Ever since my review things have changed and the staff are always polite and respectful. Used to be good salon for eyebrow threading. But the service is hit and miss, especially of late. The staff are so busy talking to each other that they don't bother paying attention to what they are doing or what the customer is saying. It feels like the customer is an intrusion to their day! The last 3 times I've been there have been particularly bad. One lady gave me an uneven eyebrow threading. The next time, another lady was curt and grumpy with me for no reason, and was extremely aggressive with the threading, leaving my skin cut and scraped. The 3rd time a different lady actually left me with a visible gap in my eyebrow and didn't even notice.

walked in and was greeted with a warm smile from the lady serving me. i asked for full arm wax and expected pain. but i barely felt anything as the waxing was quick and efficient leaving no hair on my arms left to be seen. they lady had very good conversation to distract me from the pain of waxing. definitely recommend this salon to anybody who experiences anxiety towards waxing. :)

Walked in yesterday to try this place for the first time, the lady there was beyond lovely and did my brows perfectly.10/10 will definitely be going back next time.+Really great pricing too

Awful experience. Blaming my foundation and oily" skin for the wax not working despite me wiping it all off before she began waxing. I never had this issue at the Brandon Park branch and I used to go in after work with make up on. She then suggests threading to take the hair out but there is still so much hair left - are you going to blame my skin for that too? I honestly could do a better job at home but thought id "treat" myself today. What a waste of $45. Also speaking amongst yourselves in a foreign language around customers is disgusting. Now I remember why I avoided the Forest Hill branch for years. Nothing has improved

Will not return. Worst experience. My skin is burnt from the wax, despite me telling her it was too hot. 1 day later my skin remains burnt. Terrible service, unnecessarily painful experience throughout and ongoing day afterVery expensive for very poor unfinished outcomes, need to go elsewhere…very unprofessional and not correct techniques
