Second time visiting here and I must say the store manager Tim is just one of the most amazing people I have come across. Customer Service is on point and also witnessed how he also manages and takes care of his team. Love the way he operates. Thank you for making our visit today amazing, you did go above and beyond to help us sort out a tent which was out of stock yet you made us walk out with an option to reserve a tent ⛺️ at another store where there was a unit and also giving us a backup option at his store incase if we wish choose another later.Definitely going to be a long standing customer, Tim is a keeper!

OK so came in to pickup an online order of a shimano combo and another reel. In and out quickly. I noticed the shimano combo reel had spare parts but no manual. Online had various languages and or you had to pay so I headed back in.Talking to the sales staff out front they called a guy Ethan to assist. What a legend and an asset to BCF. Ethan knows his stuff. He even spooled the braid I purchased and gave tips. A very knowledgeable person and ANYONE needing advice should see him out.I am wrapped. Thanks Ethan, you are a legend

I have been a customer of BCF for quite some time now and I have to say, my experiences have always been positive. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to ensure that I find exactly what I need. I am an avid fisherman and I can confidently say that the selection of fishing gear at BCF is second to none. From rods and reels to lures and bait, they have it all. I also enjoy camping and the camping gear at BCF is top-notch and of high-quality, I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases. I highly recommend BCF to anyone in the market for new gear, you won't be disappointed.
