Australia Post - Craigieburn North LPO

Came in twice to pick up a parcel first time it was sent back to somerton even though the card said to pick up and highlands. Went back the next day as I wasn’t home and they said it’s in the basket and we aren’t going to sort it out come back next time. Staff was super rude wouldn’t tell me their name and didn’t bother to even talk to me or address my concerns

If I had a choice, we definitely would not come to this post office to pick up a parcel. Not only they want to see my passport, they look at my hubby's driving license too when the parcel was mine. Long waiting que all the time, customers que up til outside of the shop. The staffs were not nice too, gave me an impression that they hate chinese people

Poor customer service ever I have seen in my life. Rude, no courtesy, no co-operation with the clients at all. What they care about is their time. I understand I forget 1 document and requested if tou can start filing and I will arrange the document in 5 mins but what they said was no. Specially when they know it was my second time as first time they sent me back because I was at the counter at 4.10 after waiting half an hour in the queue and they stopped filing applications at 4 and you have to be on the counter at 4 at the latest. Tou should have that dispalyed clearly in the store so people dont wate their time standing in the queue. Poor service at its best.

If could rate you less I would. HORRIBLE customer service. The girl with the dark bushy hair and glasses, aswell as one of the other girls who served me today were absolutely discusting with the way they sooke to me. I went this morning and gave the lady one card I was left with by the postie to pick up my parcel, she brings out one parcel when there was two.I had to go back hours later once i realised and there was a huge line and it looked like I would've had to wait at least an hour. I went up and kindly asked the lady who just served me before do I have to line up again I was here this morning and you only gave me one of my two parcels for pick up and she rudely replied yes you can go to the back of the line and wait again???? I was here and YOU made the mistake and expect me to wait again?I stormed out without my parcel and I am absolutely furious!

Not impressed. Came into get passport photos, spelled out the email twice. The angle of the screen made a letter E look like an N. I actually asked about that part too. No, wrong email. Called and was advised to come in the following day, they assured me they would be there & there would be no charge. Wasn't too upset, mistakes happened (from both sides) and said I appreciate her efforts. Followed instructions by returning next day only to be advised I had to bring the photos back. Like seriously what am I gonna do with passport photos when everything is done online? I explained the issue only for this new person to tell me I was being rude for trying to explain what I was advised to do. And apparently they were doing me a favour! Yeah, nah! There's no favour, you are literally doing your job because I'm paying for a new set of photos.Customer service is everything and this person failed! Very disappointing! Won't even be redirecting parcels to this Postshop anymore. Honestly just save yourself the hassle & go elsewhere.

I was refused service at this outlet. I was told they don't do Land Title ID after 4:30. They told me at 4:30, when I'd been waiting for 10 minutes. They don't advertise this information anywhere.The manager" with long

Today I had a very pleasant experience at Craigieburn North LPO, the Australia Post office. The staff there is very friendly and supportive. Especially Ms. Dusty, who is very professional and explained everything to me very clearly and in detail. I feel very grateful!

Unfortunately to leave a review I have to give a star. If you want to be dealing with humans with some form of empathy DO NOT GO HERE. I booked a passport appointment online and stood in line for 20 mins only to find out my booking time had passed and I had missed my booked time. There is no notice of any sort mentioning if there is a booking to jump the queue. I was told off for waiting in line like everyone else and not jumping the queue and not using my common sense. The was the bushy haired manager who had no sense of respect or empathy. The most idiotic people I’ve dealt with.

Waste of time ! Did not provide proper information when asked about child passport application “fast track” tried to push us to go to the main post office in the city! Gave us the an adult application form instead of a child application form - staff was not friendly -not attentive and not interested !

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. TERRIBLE customer service, not helpful at all. Will be my 4th attempt today to get photos taken for my childs passport, let's hope the camera is working and the staff 'have time' to lodge it. And don't get me started on the opening hours!
