Attended Forty Winks, cnr of Mair & Peel Streets, Ballarat Central, to buy two pillows. ANGELA assisted me in a friendly, capable manner and asking relevant needs-based questions and providing pillows to test. They have a sale on, so I got two, quite a bit cheaper, plus free professional tips on pillow care, etc. For friendliness and professionalism, Forty Winks exceeded my expectations. Thanks, Angela.

Is there a zero star rating?? Advised we were just having a look then pushed towards beds out of our price range because, as the sales assistant advised us, these beds are more suitable for people like you because you're bigger than normal.Well get stuffed, fat shaming jerk off, business gone elsewhere.And FYI, my wife is 5 months pregnant and I'm at the beginning of gastric bypass surgery.

Recently purchased a bed from Forty Winks Ballarat and was very happy with the whole process. Didn't feel pressured or attacked as soon as I walked though the door, as can be the case with other stores. All staff were very helpful and the delivery staff were prompt, polite and set everything up. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be buying all beds from here in the future.
