CAPA- Creative Academy of Performing Arts

My daughter has been attending CAPA for 8 years and counting. CAPA offers exceptional purpose built facilities with highly skilled teachers who are passionate about their students success . In our time we have seen many students succeed and fulfill their dreams joining dance companies and working professionally. Students feel supported and develop strong friendships. Highly recommend whether you dance for fun or wish to go far.

A modern dance academy with exceptional staff and talent development capabilities, for students at all levels and various dance styles.The team at CAPA have created a warm and friendly environment for students to learn and be creative in to bring out their best. The students also reflect these behaviours towards each other.Prior to Covid... CAPA hosted an annual dance performance for all students and their dance styles. The quality and scale and of these performances were spectacular, allowing students to perform their skills and routines in front of a packed auditorium.Highly recommend.Thank you, CAPA.

I went here in 2011 and everyone there always ganged up on the new kids that had parents with less money. I was forced into buying a pair of leggings for $40 and the studio owner was horrible to my family and wouldn't let my mother who was assisting at the concert to watch me perform. They were also a Christian group and were quite discriminatory if you weren't Christian or were another religion. Costume prices were ridiculous

My daughter has attended this studio for the past 4 years. I cannot thank the teachers and staff enough for their dedication and commitment. The support and care that you give to your students is second to none!! Keep up the good work!

Excellent school with very experienced and caring teachers. Fantastic centre with a variety of classes on offer. Our daughter has danced here for 8 years now and couldn't be happier. CAPA is definitely her second family and love seeing the improvements she has made over the past couple of years. Thank you for all that you do for her.

Thank you to all the staff past & present who have helped my daughter follow her dreams to the next stage.The classes are well structured and gave her the skills she needed. You have helped her become a well rounded adult.My son also enjoyed his time at Capa with individual support and lessons. Boys were welcomed and encouraged at the studio. He is welcomed back in the studio anytime now.There are awesome classes for adults of all abilities and ages. I participate in these and love the fun and friendship that have come out of them. They will last a lifetime.

A wonderful creative environment, often a second home for a lot of the dancers. The new owner is committed and passionate about the space created for young (and not so young) dancers.They have a range of staff that hopefully compliment each other.Recommended A+

New management with a wealth of knowledge and industry experience. All styles of dance and performance catered for in beautiful air-conditioned premises. Kids are happy and friendly and staff are supportive and approachable. My daughter loves it!!
