City Cave Cleveland

First time using the infared sauna. I enjoyed the experience from the information given and the sauna itself. I had the best nights sleep following. Will definitely do it again.

Today was my first time at City Cave. I had the Sauna & Float. The staff are just wonderful and highly knowledgeable. Spent time explaining everything. Very relaxing and no rushing you out the door.I look forward to returning.

I have done 4 floating sessions so far and have absolutely loved it! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The waiting room is a beautiful area to relax and to enjoy a tea before the session starts. I can highly recommend City Cave and their treatments!

Amazing place, was sceptical about it as my partner had been 2 times before and loved the experience of weightless. So she organised a couples float, so I went along with a open mind.The first impression was great as we walked into the open lounge room with warm tea at hand. I'd have to say the tea is excellent and with comfy seating I was sold. One on one intro about myself as a first timer and she went through in detail about what a float is and what to expect.Basically they have a pool pumped full of Epsom salts so you float...in complete darkness. Trust me, it is dark and you do float ,weightless in the pool. The pool is shallow and at body temperature, there is enough room for a couple or by yourself. It's a relaxing and calming experience with music so you relax away the stresses and float.The rooms are private and sound proofed with light music played through, you can even hear it slightly when your floating. Which they turn off after a set time. Ear plugs are supplied for the float and a small buoyant foam pad to put under the back of your head for comfort when floating if you need it.A small shower is in the room to have before and after the float with soap, shampoo and conditioner at hand. They also provide professional massages. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back .

I was unfortunately late to my appointment, but they graciously moved me to a later time so I didn't miss out on anything.Extremely professional and courteous.Concisely explained how to use the equipment.Will use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends, family, acquaintances and strangers.

My first visit I didn’t know what to expect. I was talked through the float process and my mind was put at ease. I also had a massage and to say I left feeling relaxed and revived is an understatement. I’m hooked, the staff atmosphere and overall experience is well worth the money and time spent looking after your wellbeing.

City Cave at Cleveland rock my world. So professional , Clean , quiet and most importantly relaxing. I love to float, I feel so refreshed and my body is ready to go afterwards. And when time permits , a sauna before hand is great to. The staff are so friendly.

Really enjoyed my visit with the lovely Team at Cleveland. The Float experience is Wonderful. So relaxing. I left feeling lighter & free from tension. I'll be back!
