As an experienced DIY mechanic who never goes to the mechanic until recently… I found autozone. They have been extremely fair and HONEST. Saved me $$$ on my brothers Volvo when Volvo quoted 6 hours and took AZ 2 hours.They have also fixed some work and staff vehicles for honest prices. I recommend them to everyone.

Autozone really do the right thing by their customers. They are a very nice business to deal with. Adam offers exceptional customer service.When I broke down unexpectedly, he arranged for a tow (and free complimentary roadside assistance as I had none), and took so much of the stress out of the situation for me. They updated me on the progress the whole time my car was being repaired so I knew when I could expect my car back.Their exceptional honesty and outstanding work ethic has me sold as a loyal customer. These qualities make all the difference. I HIGHLY recommend these lovely people. 5 stars!!!

I emailed Adam at Autozone on Saturday 28th about a starting problem with my son's car. Early monday morning I had received an e-mail response and a invitation to bring it in. That was the 1st bit that impressed me - promptness. And that's uncommon - but not at Autozone. The 2nd thing that impressed me was when I arrived, they were quite happy to perform a few diagnostic checks to identify the problem despite having a full schedule. This was done and it enabled me to take the appropriate action, in my case, fit a new battery. Very accommodating and customer focused. Businesses exhibiting these very rare traits still exist and Autozone, I'm happy to say just happens to be one of them.
