Luxury Pools looked over a basic old design that a previous contractor had given us and offered a totally refreshing and modern alternative - more customised to our home & family life. Luxury provided the pool/entertainment area design and handled the Council, Engineer and the Certifier! Our pool & entertainment area was built, complete with glass pool fencing & they organised the final Occupation Certificate so it was all approved. It made my life so much easier - they thought of everything right down to my tile colour! We were affected by some Covid interruptions but they communicated with us every step of the way, emailing us with updates so we were happy to be patient as we understood that the whole building industry was affected. What a great modern alternative to the old school rectangle!!! It's 5 stars from us.

We were very happy we contacted Jason from Luxury Pools and Outdoor Living to discuss our plans for our pool project. Jason spent quality time with us to start the process of planning. Jason is very open and easy to chat with and shared his expertise and knowledge on the pool process in a detailed and transparent way.We came away with a clearer vision of the scope involved in the project as well as possibilities of ideas. Jason is very passionate about what he and his team do and we certainly look forward to fulfilling our new pool dream.

We recieved several quotes from pool companies and we found that most importantly Luxury Pools were the only company that outlined all the cost involved for the entire pool contruction process. We also found that LP's had the ability to design for different site circumstances and within a certain budget.

Jason has been fantastic. We have an incredibly difficult block and have always thought putting in a pool would be too hard. It may still be that way but Jason came on site within days and has given us all sorts of options and advice, always being upfront about possible problems and cost. He is thoroughly professional and a really decent guy. Hoping we can follow through and get to build with his company.

After hearing many horror stories about pool companies and how bad a reputation the industry had, we were very wary of finding a company to deliver exactly what we wanted without blowing our budget.Then we met Jason and the team at Luxury Pools and Outdoor living who met all our expectations and more.The project was a seamless operation from the start and all completed well within the time frame, even with COVID and the construction industry temporarily shut down.All the trades contracted under Luxury Pools are all extremely talented at their craft and all round nice guys. Matt the Foreman was so easy to deal with and made the project run smoothly from start to finish, nothing was too hard to modify or too much trouble.I can highly recommend the team at Luxury Pools.They promised us a luxury pool and that’s what they delivered.
