Very poor understanding and customer service.Paid them to fix a broken zipper (one of two on a bag). They replaced the working zipper and left the broken one untouched.Refused to refund me or fixed the broken zipper.

Cash only but they don’t tell you that at drop off. Cost me $47 to have the straps taken up on my garment.Do these guys pay tax I wonder???

Their work is always good, but their prices definitely aren’t competitive. I was charged $45 to have the hem taken up on a pair of pants. The next week I took another pair of pants to be taken up and was charged $65 (!!!) because the pants were lined. My husband had a pair of pants hemmed at LookSmart at the Mall and was charged $25. I’ll be going there from now on.

Just excellent, excellent, excellent! I requested a beautiful dress to be made breastfeeding friendly. The staff made the impossible possible by unstitching a delicate part of my dress, adding zippers then restitching. I am so happy with my dress, I have received so many compliments. Worth every dollar to have it alternated! Thank-you!!

Called at 10.30am on a pouring wet Saturday, needed a zip replaced urgently for a weatherproof jacket. When I arrived I realised there were actually 2 zips that needed attention. Staff were so helpful and everything was completed within a couple of hours. Excellent job too. Highly recommend.

I needed a 3m length of thread to sew some tough material. Normal sewing cotton wasn’t strong enough. The very grumpy old lady cut the length from a large spool and tried to charge me - wait for it - $25!!After some haggling she reduced the price to $20.I walked out in disgust.Avoid at all costs.
