National Pharmacies Gawler

Wonderful customer service!We are from Melbourne and my partner has a heart condition and needs to monitor her pressure everyday with her own monitor.She was alarmed after a very high reading so we decided to get a professional to do the test for us on their machines.We went to the Terry White Chemmart Gawler store where we incidentally had purchased the monitor from in the first placeThe staff member stated that they could not do a simple blood pressure test due to Covid.A total load of rubbish. They just were not interestedWe went straight to National Pharmacy in Gawler Central….explained our worry to the staff…who were all great.The wonderful staff member called Juanita directed us to a room where she tested my friends blood pressure twice then tested it on our monitor.Fortunately, everything was fine .Juanita and her team were calming and just wonderful…they understand CUSTOMER SERVICE!I suggest all locals go to National Pharmacy Gawler NOT Terry White Gawler!

They do overcharge compared to Chemist Warehouse ($58 vs $37 for eye drops, full price).When we returned to complain, they were very apologetic and refunded $44 without question; as it was supposed to be on PBS Age Pensioner Concession (~$7 per script).Everyone makes a mistake, and they couldn't have been nicer to fix it. Partly our fault for not highlighting the pensioner/health card, but we didn't know about the whole PBS thing.

Kylie was most helpful to us she went above and beyond to assist a couple of weiry travellers to get a place to stay for the night....as well as getting my prescription...thank you so much...it was an excellent stay

Very friendly service, the best range of beauty products, candles, diffusers, quick dispense times & respectful staff. I am always a regular with fragrances (slight perfume addiction! Lol) & with my membership I save heaps!

Prices are ridiculous! The same script I get from Chemist Warehouse $7.99 is $23.99 at National Pharmacies.3 times as much!Obviously didn't realise this when I put my script in otherwise I would of gone elsewhere.Won't be back

Avoid this pharmacy with their judgemental in experienced pharmacy assistants, rude and not helpful at all, seems like customers are a distraction to their day. Not happy.

Stock is always updated regularly variety of stuff from formula milk, toiletries and scented candles, there's a wait time when your dealing with a pharmacist for prescription drugs; they do offer Optometrist services which is located next door.Staff is always helpful and friendly, knowledgeable pharmacist; and they offer National Pharmacy member card" with additional discount on top of retail price.My go to pharmacist in Gawler Town

Had an amazing Clarins massage here by Abbey. She was awesome, her service was first class and the products used were lovely.

I called up to enquire about a product and the price, I was told 1 price and sent a friend to get them. He came back with the product over 3x the price I was quoted. I rang back and was told the ones that were that price were sold out I said well he will be back for a refund and was hung up on. Why on earth would I get quoted that price if they were out of stock is ridiculous and to be Hung up is straight out just rude.
