A big thank you to bandit tree equipment,we had a few issues with our 280hd,They had it sorted and back to us within a day,Prestige tree and stump service.

Really happy with your service, Recently my stump grinder had a major hydraulic problem. After one phone call i was dropping the machine off. The guys were straight into the problem as i was leaving. 1 day later the phone rang & my grinder was ready to go parts replaced & a smile on my face. Really impressed with the guys at Bandit

Only recently purchased my first big bandit chipper so have been unsure at times about general servicing and maintenance, 2 weeks ago I dropped my machine off at tucks rd seven hills to have the drum bearings changed and a service,the guys offered to store the machine whilst I went on holidays witch was very helpful,, graham called me with a list of issues he found and was genuine in what issues needed to be addressed, but what I most appreciated was when I spoke to graham on the phone I had a million stupid green horn questions that he was happy to take the time to answer and never once made me feel like I was wasting his time witch will now enable me to operate more safe and confidently. Then when the job was done I had a winge to jake about what a nightmare it was for me to drive my truck 2 hours each way to pick the machine up so he offered to deliver it to my driveway,, also an awesome bloke to deal with!!! We have purchased 3 machines from Mark and his team. Bandit build quality machines but this is only part of the reason we are a customer. The other reason is the service they provide us with. If we need parts they are straight onto it. They are happy to sit on a phone and problem solve and when we have a machine go into there work shop it comes out working at 100%Bandit thank you for the great service.Kind regardsPhil Harris

Very disappointed with Marriott Tree Equipment.We bought one of there hire chippers, thinking that they would look after them and that it would be ready to go straight to work... how badly we were mistaken! It had a no start problem which turned out that the fuel filter housing had be broken and reglued.. poor workmanship to say the least and list of problems goes on.A least we learnt that Vermeer bends over backward further then Marriott Tree equipment can every imagine.Best Way to explain it:DO YOU WANTPoor Workmanship?Marriott Tree Equipment(Bandit Dealer)They have got you covered.Sorry Mark Marriott, We will not be taking you up on your offer to buy the machine back after paying CAT to fix a problem that was caused by the workmanship that was provided by your company.Have a great weekend.

I cant speak highly enough about these guys and Bandit chippers.We've been operating a business in Sydney for over 15 years now and dealt with most guys in the industry. We've recently starting dealing with these guys and I wish we did 15 years ago. The team have gone above and beyond to help us with our new equipment and servicing and always get us back on the road as quick as possible.We recently purchased a new 1590HD which has been then best decision we've made. Jake has been very professional to deal with. Even once paid in full and chipper delivered they treat us like an important customer. These Guys are AMAZING!!! if you have any tree equipment, Bandit tree equipment is a must, My BC1800 shut down last Saturday and one Phone call and Glenn couldn't get here fast enough, He looked over the machine for about 10 seconds and it was going again, while he was there he had a quick look over the machine and checked a few things I'd just had it serviced at the OEM and the anvil gap was out by a mile so he helped me adjust that and founds a heap of snapped bolts in my feed roller slides.Thanks again... Finally decent tree equipment service in QLD.

Very disappointed with Bandit Tree Equipment. After over 20 years of dealing with them and having an account with them, I went to pick up a recently serviced machine to be rudely told my account has been cancelled and they wouldn't release my machine until I paid in full for it. The reason - Covid 19 ! Give me a break.....No respect for all my years of custom.I wont be dealing with them again.
