Harley at angle vale derrimutt - very friendly with a warm smile and really knowledgeable about all the equipment and the different ways to use it, very reassuring in reminding me I can always ask staff if I don’t know how to use equipment. Starting to build some confidence in wanting to do different exercises - thank you Harley!

First time visitor here and enjoyed it although lucky to not be at peak time. Staff was friendly and cheerful for a Saturday afternoon.Good range of products and merch available.Layout is good and nice range of machines with doubles of some of the more popular machines.It can get very cosy and squishy around the popular areas so be prepared to wait/move/get a bum in the face. Would love to see a bigger location like it seems to deserve.

I always love going to the gym and training. Not a horrible place to train but if I had to pick on something, the regular maintenance of the machines and equipment needs to improve a little and it is alway so busy I find it hard to use the machine's I want. I little bit squishy but not too bad. It is handy that they have all your clothes, food and supplement needs in one place. Always being staffed 24/7 is handy and very great.All and all not a bad place to train 7/10

Wayyyy too cramped , no room to stretch or warm up. Good range of machines but you're in everyone's way because it's so compacted together. Was very disappointed with the layout. Think I'll stick with Port Adelaide which unfortunately is further from home if I want to train.

Good place to experience. Awesome facilities. The staff are great! Especially that orange bearded fellow! He is really bubbly and out going. 10/10 would visit just to have a chat with him
