Coco Nails Blackwood

Nails look good but very average customer service (no smile or welcome, booking not found, different staff swapping to do my nails).

Closed since Monday, it's now Saturday. If you can't fill your staffing quota, a simple text or call would be appreciated.

I went to Coco Nails Blackwood for the 1st time this week.I asked for a manicure with SNS Nails and some very basic nail art. The staff member was very nice, but cut my cuticle skin during the manicure, and there was no apology and no offer of a discount on the service when I paid.The nail art on their page looks very professional so I was confident they would be able to do the simple art I asked for., however my basic art is very wonky and they left bubbles in the top coat, so they were not worth the price I was charged. Also the cut cuticle has been bleeding every day since - it's been 4 days. I cannot recommend this salon unfortunately.

I have been going to Coco Nails for many years and cannot speak highly enough of the service they provide. Kristine, Tammy,- and May (today)- always do an amazing and very professional job. Always very friendly, and far, far better service than the other nail places I have been to before. I wouldn't go anywhere else and am so happy they are up here in Blackwood. Really appreciate the fact that all the team wear masks, too!Thanks so much , the Coco Team! You are all great!

Lovely staff. I was very impressed with the quality of the pedicure. The place is clean and service very good.

Whenever they do my nails they always turn out amazing coco nails is definitely a place to keep going if you want a 10/10 performance

Amazing service, allowed me to get an acrylic full set with nail art with 45 minutes till close and ran a little overtime just for me. A little pricey but totally worth it
