The birds looked severely inbred, the lady working has a nasty attitude and a cheap dog collar from there is like 12.90 whereas if you went to kmart its 2 bucks for the exact same one!!! Worst experience ever.

When to return an item which was faulty they were reluctant to give me a refund tried to prove it was not faulty I said to them so you really want to make a bad customer out of me and they said I don't really care!! terrible customer service non-existent had to fight for a refund for a product that didn't work
