Wife and I walked in looking to book a European cruise , (front windows advertising great cruise deals) the 3 staff there looked disappointed at seeing us. We asked for brochures and advice, they seemed to busy to chat (9am).That was enough for me. Then went to Hello World, and received great advice and information.

Waiting on refund for over 3 yrs, almost 5 grand but never seems to be followed up on. Return phone calls are non existent and constintantly brushed off

Would like to thank Harmonie at flight centre Rosebud for her amazing work in putting our dream itinerary together and we look forward to our departure in a couple of weeks. Although we had a few hiccups along the way ( not from flight centre ) her friendliness and understanding along with her professionalism has been a key factor in why we would always book our next holidays through her at flight centre.We’ve always booked through flight centre but our first time with Rosebud and we definitely recommend them.
