Rajan stated he will throw in a free accessory (headphones) if we were to rate him a 5 star on Google with his name on it, which we did. 1.5 years later I only just found out I've been paying for this free accessory". Beware!! He is dishonest and I will be taking this further as it's fraud and theft. Stay away from this shop."

We had unpleasant customer service from this store on 12/04/2023 around 5 pm. The guy was unprofessional and rude. When we ask him a question he struggled to explain with proper words. People like this are a shame for Vodafone.

Visited this place on 12/04/2023 around 5 PM and we had really unprofessional customer service from the guy who assisted us. This is the worst Vodafone store when compared with the other Vodafone stores I visited so far.
