I'm usually pretty hesitant to let people near my computer (since it's very important for my studies), but I decided to take a chance by calling SuperGeek, and it really paid off. They were very quick to respond to me over the phone, and the professional they sent - his name was Ernest - arrived exactly on time, and was very nice. Very friendly staff all around, and they were able to identify the problem in a very reasonable timeframe. Highly recommend this service to anyone who has a problem with their computer!

Prompt and efficient service

I dont normally do google reviews, but this case is different. Rang SUPER GEEK this morning at 8am. An appointment was made for 1:30pm the same day. They arrived at 1:30pm on the dot. They were very friendly and professional. Asked a few questions and explained what they thought was the problem with my PC, then sorted it out at a very acceptable cost. There is no doubt in my mind I will only call SUPER GEEK if I have problems in the future and would certainly recommend them to everyone. Great job fellas. Im impressed. Chris

Booked for a service at 3:30pm. Didn't show up. Had to call them just for them to say they can't do today anymore and to reschedule for monday
