I purchased an UBIZ Mammoth Executive Chair through Harvey Norman in Cairns QLD in late September 2020 and within 3 weeks the artificial polyurethane leather was rotting and pealing off all over the chair. The chair had been discounted to $800.00 and the sale was a complete con deal. It puts a very bad mark against both the UBIZ and Harvey Norman. Keep away from them both.

Once again, UBIZ Furniture hasn't failed me. From ordering online to getting delivered my product, its safe to say UBIZ Furnitire do not dissapoint. Upon arrival, I was unsure whether the desks would be easy to build, however their user manual are incredibly user-friendly and extremly easy to construct. With no extra hands i was able to build my desk with no problems, and after months of use, I have seen no faulty or damaged parts. On a final note I would to like to thank the UBIZ Furniture team on a great performance.Would 100 percent recommend purchasing from them.
