Great Company very helpful-and rings back !

Last weekend I witnessed a reckless, idiot driver in a Rain Forest Limo Honda Odyssey tail-gating vehicles and overtaking over double lines endangering oncoming traffic who had to take evasive action. Reported to management and traffic authorities, with no response. No stars is not possible, so had to give 1.

To whom it may concern:We booked stretch limo Monday the 27th -for my sons 40th birthday!The experience was anything but special as intended and promised in emails and original phone inquiries.The service was rushed, as driver had to get to another job - from the airport pickup we felt our family was rushed and there was nothing at all pleasant about this surprise we had organised.The driver while polite enough and nice but was flustered and focused on completing our job to get onto her next appointment- l feel that organising a pickup at Cairns airport - with the potential issue of delayed flight-out of our control - then another job returning from port Douglas to other side of cairns - was poor organisational procedure on your part and therefore we did not get what we paid for at all - we got a $360 taxi ride.There was supposed to be champagne- there was none - only water was provided -There were other issues - equipment that was not working - after a long flight and the expectations of a special start to our celebrations it was a huge let down.The recipient of the gift asked said driver to pull over so they could purchase some celebratory drinks - but driver was too rushed and out of time to comply.Therefore sadly we would never recommend your service to anyone - there were other companies that offer as you do and l now wish l had used one that was recommended by other family who had used on their recent stay to Port Douglas - we chose to use your company as had used in the past and was very happy with service - only to be so very dissatisfied with under delivered service - not what we were told you were providing.A very special gift to our son and his family was not received as anything but a shuttle ride from airport to accommodation.We never complain as a rule we take what is given BUT - this was a gift to make someone else feel special and important - this was not what he got

Last thursday we,a party of 8 people were picked up from Cairns airport on time good service and nothing was a problem.we were dropped off at a difficut driveway and he did his best to get us all the the house.Couldnt ask for more.
