Awesome way to walk off breakfast. Some great art and interesting things to see. Free do accept donations. Wonderful ALPA story spanning 50 years.

Great museum. The cyclone Tracy exhibit is a must, makes you remember how special Darwin is. I also really enjoyed the year 12 art exhibition, great talent.

Great Place loved the Darwin Cyclone Tracey Exihbit. Bought a lovely Indegiounes Art Authenticated Print. Could spend a few hours in this place

Fantastic museum, loved all the displays, very well done. The Cyclone Tracey display is fascinating and very well done. And the Maritime Gallery, wow what a great, informative display, with it's purpose built building, which is amazing. And we broke up our visit, with lunch in Saltwater Cafe, perfect position, with great food and beautiful water views. Free entry, with a donation box supplied. Definitely recommend.

Great museum! Well designed and laid out. Lots of taxidermy animals which help show size and colours. Exhibits do well covering the history of Darwin as a city and as part of the Austronesian area. A huge area of full sized boats and sea craft was particularly cool.

Enjoyed so many aspects of this museum. Spent 2 hours mesmerised by amazing Aboriginal paintings etc. Theres cool fossils of ancient large fauna of Australia. Lots to see here. Highly recommend for an easy way to spend some time.

Nice museum, free entry! Plenty of exhibitions to see, and a lot of variety from natural science to aboriginal art. Would recommend to spend at least 2 hours.Toilets available, also a gift shop. You cant bring your bag in, but if you have one you can borrow a locked locker for free.
