Needs to listen to his customers especially when their issues are storm waterDon't promise to come out and not turn up to fix what should of been fixed originally.Heavy rain since you started this project has resulted in us back to using an electric pump and brooms to move water.Customer service pleaseRequsted Jimmi submit a plan to resolve the storm water issue and his message stated he wonts payment upfront and hasn't even finished the basics works he started.Back flowing storm water pipes drain pits not positioned correctly.Unbelievable JimmiI am totally astounded that he couldn't finish the job properly and repair the damage he caused and to assist Jimmi I requested plan and this caused a meltdown to ask for payment on original job not completed and to repair the damage caused.

Now that you have THREATENED us for payment on incomplete scope of works when are coming back to finish the work. You also need to repair damage you caused. Unbelievable conduct request payment and threaten for payment before you stated you will complete works and repair damage.
