Extremely unprofessional service from management.The personal experience upon taking our injured animal there is management is more about personal indifference and there take on the size of your wallet rather than saving or care and comfort of the animal. After being told they could do nothing for the animal and that their equipment was not working as it should. The vet demanded the animal be put down.Subsequently we took the animal to another vet who performed successful surgery and recovered the much loved pet.

Our dearly loved old dog needed urgent attention as his little body was shutting down, the practice team were caring, sensitive and understanding of what we were experiencing and this made the dreadful experience of losing our beloved boy bearable. The whole team were so professional and aloud us as much time with him as possible to say goodbye. They were marvellous.

We adopted a very weak and poorly kitten we called Snowflake. We only had him a little over a week and we loved him so very much. Sadly at 4am this morning he was very very poorly and had to be put to sleep...The vet was amazing especially with us being so upset....Nevertheless thank you from our hearts Dr Liam Ockerby for all you tried to save the little one.x

I've been bringing my furry children here for 4 years now and I can honestly say I've never met a nicer, more professional, compassionate and caring team of vets and vet nurses. From a home visit to put to rest our beautiful old dog to assisting me with a rescued 10 day old kitten. Nothing is ever too much trouble.I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else.Thank you Colleen and staff for providing such a brilliant service.

While holidaying at Waterhouse Conservation Area our dog became extremely unwell. She couldn't stand up and was very sick. We nearly lost our beautiful 13 year old girl Marley with a ruptured tumour on her liver. If not for the quick response from the team at Scottsdale we wouldn't be taking her back home to Wollongong. Such professional and caring people. Marley has bounced back and looks healthier than ever. She now has a lot more living to do. Can't thank them all enough.
