The restraunt is nice and clean when I walked in. I had a BMT the young girl Sophie/sophia was really patient and gave off nice customer service

Poor customer service at 6.30 pm on a Monday night. Had to stand in a queue for 20 minutes before being served! Only one employee was serving (Shelby/Shelton). The other employee just sat down in the actual shopfront and had her dinner and happily played on her mobile phone - completely ignoring the one employee serving and the customers waiting! (as can be seen in the photo).There was still a queue when I left.

Resturaunt manager Kayla did an amazing job. Shame you opened a drive thru slowing service for the counter. Walk-in's for subway is the main experience.

Disgusting service, one server how ridiculous!! Huge line of people, Re train your staff portion sizes given for salads in wraps are shockingly bad. Won’t be wasting my hard earned money here ever again.

We arrived at 8.30 one girl on Sunday 16th April. Lots of customers one with a large order. Worked her way through it, but apologising for wait. Got order perfectly correct polite and friendly....Well done!

Went in with my grandmother and was served by a foul mouthed girl, short with glasses on a Tuesday around 8:00pm. was extremely rude and unpleasant in customer service skills, she sighed and rolled her eyes continuously whilst taking my order!
