Cube Rock

Cube Rock is naturally formed rock structure that has amazing panoramic views of the area. Access is by a well signed trail. (Follow the Yellow dots up and the red dots down). The trail is medium to hard rating as it is a steep ascent at some times over slippery rock surfaces. MUST HAVE CLOSED IN FOOTWEAR. Taking about 45 mins. Finding the trail head is the most difficult part, start of the trail is behind little Blue Lake. Drive into little blue past the carpark and continue on at the moment there are red ribbons on the trees, follow the path of ribbons to get to the start of the walking track. The panoramic views are well worth the effort!

Wonderful view even after a hard walk

Moderate hike, well marked track. Great views along the way and once you get to Cube Rock. Approx 5km hike (out and back), with an elevation of 350m from Little Blue Lake.

A great little hike. Remember your water.At the car park we saw a family with small kids rushing to go up, in late afternoon. The alpha male had a baby on his back and was wearing thongs! I wonder if they even managed to traverse the creek which has steep slippy sides.
