Marion Bay Holiday Villas

The villa was neat and clean with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A two minute drive from the Innes National Park with superb beaches and gorgeous scenery.

Spacious rooms and living area. Comfortable beds. Great location, not far from the beach. Floors were quite dirty and shower head was broken/useless- not great after a day at the beach.

Great beaches all round that area..the self contained villas are brilliant..No one to bother you ..clean tidy..great little cooking set up...comfortable beds..new bathrooms..would definitely go back.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Furnishings are new.Views from the window were ordinary, however, it's only a short walk to see beautiful scenery.I had trouble opening the key security box, but got it after a while.I'd be happy to come again. This is such a beautiful part of the country.

Not new by any stretch, but the unit was spacious. BIG fridge which is always appreciated. Quite well equipped. Only one air-con to service the kitchen/living area and the two bedrooms. It worked ok, but the addition of ceiling fans would be a positive and would probably mean the air-con didn't need to be used so much. Close to the Caravan Park if you have friends staying there. All in all, a good value, decent sized cabin.

My wife and I stayed here last week for 6 days. The villa we stayed in had good and bad things. The good was a very comfortable bed, good size fridge, good size kitchen table, roomy rooms, big shower, quiet and supplied most of the kitchen utensils. Brett the manager was helpful. The bad was very noisy air conditioner, chipped mug and bowl, lipstick on glass, a dirty broom with hair on it was left in the kitchen, dirty floor behind tv cabinet, no rail to hang tea towels on and exhaust fans in kitchen and bathroom need a clean. The shower head should be adjustable so taller people can use it without crouching down. The bathroom needs a stronger rail to put bath towels on or put 2 rails in. The main bedroom should have a ceiling fan because the air conditioner in the lounge area doesn't reach it. Over all the villa was okay but needs some attention. I thought with the covid-19 a hand sanitiser would have been provided. We stayed here 20 years ago- we liked it then and still like it now! Would stay again because of the perfect weather, friendly locals and tasty food.
