Went to Mirabooka to get tested for my travels. nightmare, so many patients and little staff , I appreciate the shortage of staff but honestly with just one window and no one to answer questions I was frustrated as I didn’t want to waste my day off, on waiting and went to Mt Lawley clinic, which was quiet and I was the next one in line, and was over and done in 15 minutes, thank you.

First time here today and certainly won’t be back as the female phlebotomist was incredibly rude to anyone who spoke to her. Clearly not happy with her career path. This women shouldn’t be working directly with the public her passive aggression is uncomfortable to watch.

Staff member that worked today was very rude. Didn’t even want to listen as to what I was asking her. She was in such a rush to kick me out the door, was not even 4:30pm.Will be going to Royal Perth in future. Definitely in need of some skills in customer service.

Don't even bother with this place. They very rarely answer their phones and don't return voice mails. One of the only times I could get through was a few weeks ago, a lady answered that just said Hello Pathwest"

Not sure what were the negative reviews about. I went there today for my blood test and the lady there was very lovely and professional. Considering was so busy, i was in and out within 5 mins for my test. Thank you.

Poor communication, staff did not know what to do with a non-standard form. No motivation to assist further. Then closed early and could not offer another site to assist. We found one 30 metres away, no problems. Would never recommend this pathology suite. Customer service and client care, zero.

Great service with a smile, I got there without appointment was warmly greeted and made to feel comfortable by the ladies. Best to go either side of lunchtime as it's less busy then the mornings or afternoons. Very professional and clean outfit.
