I have had a absolute pleasant experience since I have switched my financial and tax return services to Precision Advisory Accountants. There are really precise and not only they have found the previous faults and issues in my PAG Summaries and previous tax returns that had happened by others, but also they guide me to understand the Tax structure better and helps me to be aligned with Australia Tax roles. I highly recommend them if you are looking to receive an excellent service and advice for your financial and tax return services as an individual or business. And definitely this service is not recommended for unclear, dishonest, dodgy people, specially for those who don’t want to trust to their accountants and just looking for short gain and cheapest price.

Great professional quality service.I asked for a last minute service and despite not being their customer, they still accepted to do the job with very low fee.Very precise (as per the company name suggests) in checking documents and paying attention to details in doing the job. If you don’t have to necessarily work with an accountant who speaks Farsi and if you don’t like to being treated disrespectfully and somehow being insulted, you’d probably better to stay away from these guys.I reached them out on their online advertisement last year and got one job done. Everything was fine but just when I expressed my opinion about not being much agreed with the way they had invoiced me including fees regarding the initial phone call and subsequently had waived it as a discount; I received a call from the accountant aggressively asked me what was wrong with me and why I had even mentioned such point and for sure every service had a cost... Anyway we sorted it out by confirming to be upfront and clear with me thereafter.This year again I was going to get another job secured by them. They told me the payment should be upfront and I confirmed to send me an invoice. I found that by issuing an invoice they put a 1 day payment due and a considerable penalty fee if delayed. I wrote them back very friendly and politely that it didn’t make sense and for our later collaborations please accept my payment whenever I’m ready to go on and consider it as an approval to start the job. Surprisingly again I received a call from the accountant, this time more calmly stated: “There is nothing wrong with us and now we've onboarded much more clients than the last year and nobody never complains, so we simply don’t like to serve you anymore”!!! Although I understand the mentality and the background these guys come from, but it is very shocking to see they try to run a business in another country but don’t care about the way customer service should be here.!!
