Look up these clowns on courier and other forums. They treat all of their staff like crap. They have core team of drivers who get half decent pay, most of their workforces are undertrained and supposedly casual employees who get used and ditch over peak season. Looks like they started treating their customers like crap too judging by other reviews.

Parcel thrown from front gate into courtyard (about 2m) then photographed. I have it on my home security camera. Appalling!!!!Day before same courier just dumped parcel in the middle of the driveway in 33°C sun in full view of anyone passing.

Terrible, couriers don't enter the property, they throw the package over the fence, carelessly disregarding what could be in the package, and after it lands they take a photo of it on the ground.

I’ve had parcels “delivered” a few times now by Mail Call Couriers. I put delivered in quotations because they never actually deliver the packages.Each time I’ve book and paid $$ for same day postage service and waited at home and have received a text of delivery only to find nothing delivered. No working traceable tracking number and phone number on google doesn’t work. Called the company I purchased from and was told it was returned to sender because there was no safe place to leave. They didn’t even bother ringing my doorbell. Waste of time. If I could give them no stars, I would.
