Never use this service (Red Rhino) Gary seemed nice on the phone asked for photos booked it in a month in advance then he pulled out the night before and abused me and left me in the lurch one week before Xmas Apart from the abuse he has until now refused to refund $150 deposit what ever you do do not use this service

Absolutely appalling arrogant abusive men. A piano organised by a third party to be removed from our home, 3 men with the intelligence of a rock, attempted to remove a piano. Yes! Stairs where involved with photos of area sent to the business. After an abusive exchange between themselves, and several concerning thumbs (I was downstairs) the foreman abused me, stated it was too heavy and difficult! When I went upstairs after they left I discovered the piano had left mid removal in the hallway, they hide the damaged corner of the piano ( chipped enamel of the piano corner under the keyboard cover panel - DECEPTION) and they never mention the hole in the wall! Thanks to Nigel Bland piano removalist (2 man professionals piano removalist) saved the day after the debarcle!! Clearly, there is a circus missing some clowns!!! As we said to the potential piano owner (free to a good home $3K worth) who organised these idiots, you pay peanuts you get monkeys!!!
