What fantastic service I received from Penrith Air today who serviced my Dakin ducted air con system. From the initial call from Reece, who was most professional, friendly and engaging to meeting Cooper who serviced my unit. He arrived on time, checked and serviced my unit promptly and was most informative. He gave me some good tips and did a great job.I have no hesitations in recommending this company to others and will definitely do so.Excellent customer service. Great experience!

We had Cooper attend our residence for a call out and was surprised that he turned up earlier than his scheduled time.He was very thorough and courteous.When completed with his investigation was apologetic that he couldn’t fix it then and there but advised the office would be in touch shortly with a quote to repair.I have to say that with all the other trades that come and go all the experiences I’ve had with Penrith Air have been fantastic.

He made every step of the process so easy and nothing was too much trouble. The young man that they sent out this morning was so polite, respectful, friendly and did a very professional thorough job. We're very happy with our new Panasonic ducted air conditioner. Nathan was very thorough and honest when he visited our home to give us a quote. On installation day, the workmanship was excellent. We were consulted every step of the way. The guys were efficient, courteous and clean. By the end of the day, we had six guys on the job to ensure it was finished on time. But best of all, it works beautifully!

Penrith Air Supply installed a new unit for my rental property. Mitch consulted the initial quote and inspection, and provided 3 quotes for various units. He explained in detail all options for the installation. He went above and beyond to accommodate for myself and tenant. Technicians communicated well with all involved, e.g. my agent, the tenant and building manager to ensure that everyone knew what was going on and when. Highly recommend these guys, and will be using them again in the future. They also provided fair prices for good quality units. Highly recommended.

Contacted them late afternoon, the technician was at our home by 9.30 AM next day.Nice work done by Joel. We have two split ACs that came with the house and we had no idea why they weren't working. Joel fixed them, cleaned them, and got them in working condition in a short time. Very polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Just had our ducted air conditioning replaced by Penrith Air Supply. The information originally provided by Mitch followed by many questions proved to be spot on. The installers were respectful of our home and dogs and worked quickly and precisely through the job. They cleaned up appropriately afterward and provided a brief summary of the unit controller. We had three quotes originally done on this job and although it wasn’t the total reason as to why we went with Penrith Air Supply….it was the least expensive. Air conditioning system is great! Thank you Penrith Air Supply.
