2 weeks in a row you haven't been open on Saturday.

Waited over 2 hours and was extremely rude and blunt. Never again will I go to this place. Need more than just one person and maybe people who enjoy their job. Absolutely shocking

Terrible customer service, been a few times, very rude... Half the time they're not open even tho on the website it said they are. Then when they do spontaneously close for the day, they put a sign up the nearest pathology is in Upwey... Which is not true as there is an absolutely amazing pathology literally 2 houses down from there with amazing staff, just a different company. Will not be going back again unless the one amazing lady who works there is available. Without mentioning names, this one amazing lady would absolutely get a 5 star review, she really cares, is passionate and goes above and beyond for her clients. All others are absolutely useless, very disappointed!
