Had a very tricky case of dried blood in my ear due to an injury from Grommet insertion back in Malaysia. Found this clinic online and I must say, they do live up to their reviews. Very friendly nurse. Comforting and diligent. And Michael (Audiologist) was very quick and precise. My procedure took less than 2 minutes. Definitely worth this 5 stars.

Elite place. We went to 3 other places that couldn't remove all my grandfather's ear wax and Michael did so painlessly and efficiently in under 15 minutes, meaning he can now hear. Could not recommend him highly enough, just very professional and effective. Thank you.

A great service. While holidaying in Perth my ear blocked up with wax, a recurring problem. I got an appointment on the same day I phoned in and my hearing was restored and both ears cleaned out within 15 minutes. A great relief. Thanks Melanie.

I attended the clinic last month and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming, friendly and caring. I was a bit nervous about getting my ears looked at but Melanie proved to have a caring manner and she did an excellent job. I can now hear a pin drop !!!

Michael was incredibly patient, informative and explained everything clearly to my daughter - as she worked her way through the hearing test. He made us feel very comfortable and would highly recommend.
