Great and amazing advice, always friendly and help to find what you need! I love there products!!!!

It's a nightmare place for people have social anxiety. They put away all the testers, you have to ask the sales person to try the products. I unconsciously nearly opened one of the product to try, the sales person explain to me what the tester means lol.Anyway, I bought their star product foundation, which I personally feel not as good as expected.

Absolutely love the product at this store. Clean, pretty and neatly organised. All the employees are very knowledgeable about their own product and they are so helpful when choosing products that can help with your skin type. They even give you free samples of newer products to try. Totally worth being a regular at their store as they have membership cards with many benefits!

I personally really enjoy the time when I'm purchasing items in this store. The staff are friendly and special thanks to (sorry I didn't quite get their names the first time I met them) Estelle for helping me choose makeup that would suit me, you were wonderful! and Courtney for being nice and for the great suggestions to skin care products. Will be returning soon!

I love this brand, especially the cleansers and masks! If you haven't tried their products yet, get your butt in there people!

The lady who was in the store was extremely rude. Me and my friend went to the store today to get some face masks and we saw this face cream and wanted to test it. So we tried it and the lady came running to us without any politeness she told us that it's not a tester and told us any person with common sense would know it and that we have to pay for the product. She was very angry and was not even trying be nice as we are we're really going to buy something. It's not a tester sticker was also not there in the product!!! It's customer service and next time if you try to be more polite and respectful to customers it would be actually nice. We would never shop there again and even kept all the products we were going to buy and came back.

The customer service we got some Caitlyn/Catelyn idk how to spell, was impeccable, she talked through every one of our needs and what would be good or not good depending. She also expressed great knowledge of product range and explained in a way I could understand, she was very happy/cheerful and raised our confidence in the products we purchased. I couldn't recommend this store enough.

Absolutely amazing service most insightful sales assistant with EXCELLENT product knowledge and very warm personality. Throughly enjoying the product I purchased on her advice and look forward to going back when my other products deplete. No more MECCA for me. Thank you
