Beautiful cafe. Food and coffee was done well. My family and I had a great brunch. Kids loved the giant chocolate cookie. Had to get an extra one for take away.

I remember driving past this place in the hunt for breakfast at Leederville. The space is super slick, spacious and minimalistic. There's an East and West influence going on with the menu, with soy marinated egg smashed avo and chashu sando, so it is interesting right of the bat.I liked my chashu sando but I wasn't too crash hot on the sashed avo even though the eggs were good. I wasn't hot about the coffee either, which was too milky but then again, that maybe a personal thing. But one thing that could've made the experience more comfortable was making the space a bit more warm, because I was freezing inside at 9 in the morning.

If you want to try a different coffee place, this place is it. They have different types of coffee and teas including hojicha. Atmosphere is also different and refreshing. Service was great

Place looks great! Lots of potential but unfortunately, service was really bad. I asked for a knife and fork, the lady simply looked at me and pointed at the self service area behind.No one smiled, no one greeted me. As if someone had passed away.The food was way overpriced. $15 for egg and bacon. Check out my photos.Will not be coming back for sure.Place was so empty! I feel for the business. But the service was so bad.

Great little neighborhood spot for coffee and breakfast. Love the osmanthus latte. Food was exceptional and atmosphere was comfortable.

Best Matcha latte in Perth and the mushrooms were exceptional. Will be back again. Driving past I just thought it was a coffee window and until I saw the post by Perth Grub I hadn’t seen the inside.

Went to this place for lunch. Got Cashu Sandwich (pork, egg and bread). Must have been 18 to 20 dollars. Tasted good. Ordered a Prawn Sandwich for my daughter, but she ate only a little so I ate the rest. Tasted good. About the same price as the Cashu Sandwich from memory

A spacious, clean, modern and bright cafe with an all day menu and a lot of fusion and creative items to keep things interesting.Coffee is great, they use a less acidic blend which I quite like and they also offer other drinks including an osmanthus, matcha, hojicha and chai latte for something different. They also have alternative milks including soy, almond and oat milks.Service is professional and efficient.

Service: staff is very friendly and we were served very well, food came quickly too.Drinks: oat milk flat white + iced matcha latte. These were quite good however the large" flat white was not very "large" size. The matcha latte is not sweet which could surprise some people but I thought it quite tasty overall.Food: biggest area that needs improvement and also the reason why we gave it a 2/5 instead of 3/5.- Chashu milk bun: egg white was still a bit raw..- matcha granola: flavours not well balanced
