Hi there, we had the best experience with Sunshine Coast Garage doors. Jeanette was terrific especially impressed after I’d sent her a photo of our garaport that she mocked up the panel door and sent it back to me so we could visualise what it would look like, that was a winner for me. Troy was terrific from start to finish from measuring up (perfectly) and install date. Came home last night and our garage door wasn’t working. Called Sunshine Coast garage doors around 7.45 am this morning and left message explaining the problem. The lovely lady called straight back and talked me through what the problems could be and it was a broken spring. Troy came out today and within 40 minutes had replaced the damaged part. Troy was pleasant and efficient with no mucking around. I was very happy with their service and will certainly use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their garage door. Thanks Sunshine Coast garage doors. Excellent.

Our 2 door roller door had popped of the guide rails and broke a couple of hinges. 5:45p.m that happened. Troy was at our place before we put the phone down and our roller door was working by about 7p.m. Fantastic service. Checked everything over as well!

Good workmanship at a good price... BUT... their communication is terrible, hence the rating to highlight this concern. I needed follow up service and left many text and voice messages. Never got a reply, ignored calls, had to keep ringing back. So just hope you don't have an issue.**EDIT** After posting this comment the owner responded within 24 hours to this social comment. However still has not replied to my voice and text messages about the service I have paid for. Changed rating to 2 stars to reflect the level of after sales service they have shown.

I'm a FIFO worker and Jeanette and team were very helpful in assisting us to convert our garage from two roller doors into a new single panel lift door and they saved us almost $2,000 to other quotes.

Sunshine Coast Garage doors fitted a motor to my large shed roller door. They were the best value by far compared to their competitors, and provided a top level of service, even coming back to service the door as it was not closing properly. I would highly recommend them.
