Thanks for the BGB jewellery shop and I really appreciate that the service and repair are really good friendly staff and always helpful if need to repair gold watch or silver or buy this shop is perfect and price is good too ...highly recommended...

Walked into the store and was treated so poorly, basically profiled on my appearance. Little did the arrogant jerk realise I was ready spend and ended up buying a fantastic new watch at Adore on Merrylands Rd.

Worst customer service from the manager Alex. Extremely rude and no manner.Also the lady working there is same . I looked for Swarovski brand but very reasonable .She showed to me something else .I chose and when I paid for it she gave me the different gift box and then she said it's not swarovski .So , it's kind of fraud selling .Also , when I requested her for refund policy , right after that standing there she said they gave got no return policy They mock and insulted me . But , the way both Alex And the lady talked to me saying I want to pretend I am buying Swarovski brand , I do not know how to reead English that is why he will read for me the policy .Their everythingwas ude .So bad experience going to a shop like this .

What an amazing store and even better manager. I was having a rough day trying to find the right gift for my little sisters graduation present. Sadly I was having no luck and after having someone smash into my parked car an even worse morning. I came past BGB and thought I would check it out, I'm glad I did. Not only was Alex extemeley helpful and thoughtful he even helped me find the perfect bracelet for my little sister. Alex went above and beyond and even offered a listening ear about my day. Alex's product knowledge was second to none and his customer service turned my whole day around. Fantastic experience and will be coming back in the future. Thank you BGB and Alex.

My mother's pearl earrings were changed to gold studs & loving the earrings now . The second smaller ones were changed as well. Love them both & my granddaughter adopted them.

I recently purchased a engagement ring from these guys they helped me with some choices and what they offer, they can make it in store or have numerous options on display, after some conversation I decided to make it custom.The ring was amazing and the cost much cheaper then the other guys out there, you’ll pay a fraction of the cost compared to the other retailers.Ended up getting my wife’s custom wedding band there and my wedding ring.Thanks heaps.
