Awesome purchase and delivery! This is another truly local shopping experience and we are pleased to know it's still there for us. Amazing perfume from Shay & Blue London. The Kiana Beauty team are so lovely and have fantastic customer service. My items came wrapped in so many layers of bubble wrap and then were wrapped with gift paper inside. Cant recommend them enough :-)

I have found Kiana to be very helpful and reliable. One of the few places to follow up on an out of stock perfume which they got for me quite quickly. I have asked them for he same of stock perfume and look forward to getting it again. Items are sent very quickly too.

What a great place to shop!! I ordered some perfume for my wife for Christmas and it was delivered within 5 days (even with the Christmas rush) and it was so pleasing to see it arrive undamaged and wrapped in gift wrapping already!! I can't wrap to save my life so very happy with this extra bit of help from Kiana. And they even included a nice handwritten card thanking me for my purchase. These people go the extra mile and I'll certainly be going back to them for my next purchase. Thank you Kiana Team!!

Best service I have ever had when purchasing perfumes. Stav and Kelly had the fragrance packed and shipped so quickly and it arrived much quicker than I expected it to considering postage is quite slow currently. It was even wrapped up with wrapping paper and ribbon like a little gift. These personal touches make it so nice when receiving things. It looked so pretty. The fragrance price was better than other places I have purchased from. Almost forgot to mention the personally written thank you card too. Just all round perfect. Thank you so much.
