Swan Hill Off Road

Broke down on our Christmas Road trip, 700k's from home.With RACV, Mark came out to pick up our vehicle and we made plans to get it back to our mechanic back home.. all standard fare so far...But then, Mark & Julie gave us the lend of their own family car to not only get us home, but to actually finish our road trip with!! We can't thank you enough guys and neither can our family we didn't have to miss out on seeing.Thank you for saving us from having to find a hire car on Christmas in a town we aren't familiar with.Back on the road within an hour from our call to RACV.

DO NOT TAKE CAR TO SWAN HILL OFF ROAD!!!Will leave with more problems then went in with, have spent over 3k fixing their mistakes with more professional mechanics in town.

We were in a caravan park with a car with flat battery. Being with RACV called them came out got us going. We went to their premises has a new battery fitted straight away. Tim also had a look at our Redarc which was playing up - fixed it again then & there.Very impressed - thank you

I had a great experience with this business. When I broke down and tried to find somewhere that I could have the car towed to. They said yes although they were obviously really busy. They made time to assess and repair my vehicle quickly after they heard I was from out of town and stuck.Great communication along the way and a cheaper experience than I was expecting.SimonBallarat

Well stocked place with huge range that actually has IPF globes in stock as opposed to telling you it will take 3 weeks to come in like other places.

Exelent service and helpfulness.As it is always happens unexpectedly, our car suddenly broke down right on a highway. Luckily Tim the owner and mechanic of Swan Hill Off Road was driving home after work. He saw us desperately trying to catch a car to get home, he pulled up and helped us. We slowly drove our car to his garage and then he gave us a lift to a bus station. We had lots of bags full of grosseries. I didn't know bijouxwhat we would do without his help. Later our car had beeen fixed (gear box and clutch) so now it is running better then before. Many thanks to Tim and his team! Very nice and helpful people with a good sence of humour.
